By accessing or using the Psychica platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service.
Psychica is an online platform that connects users with independent psychic advisors for personal insight, reflection, and general guidance. Sessions are offered via chat and phone. All services provided through Psychica are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. Psychica reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Psychica operates on a prepaid balance model. You must add funds to your account before initiating a session. Sessions are billed on a per-minute basis at the rate displayed on the advisor's profile prior to connecting. Rates are set by individual advisors and may vary. You may end a session at any time to control total cost.
Funds may be added via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods through our secure payment processor (Stripe). All transactions are processed in US Dollars.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a session did not meet platform standards, you may contact our support team within 72 hours. Unused account balance may be refunded upon request, subject to applicable fees.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or threaten advisors or other users; (c) share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts; (e) use automated tools to access the Service; (f) resell or redistribute any part of the Service.
Advisors on Psychica are independent contractors, not employees. Psychica does not certify, license, or guarantee the qualifications or performance of any advisor. Psychica does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any advice or information provided during sessions.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Psychica platform are the property of Psychica or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Psychica disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Psychica does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psychica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Psychica's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Psychica in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the language shall be English. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Psychica may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
Psychica reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
