Welcome to Psychica. Psychica provides psychic and astrological entertainment services (“Services”), including live psychic and astrology readings, and publishing newsletters, blogs, horoscopes, and other psychic and astrological content.
Your use of the Services and the Psychica website (www.psychica.com) and applications (collectively, the “Sites”), including all content, information, text, graphics, images, and tools, is governed by these Terms of Use and is subject to arbitration as set forth below.
The Services and the Sites are provided by Zodialy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Psychica (the “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Psychica”), with its principal place of business at 1633 Future Way, Suite 173, Celebration, Florida 34747, for entertainment purposes only. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to open an account (“Account”) and access Readings. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to sign up to receive horoscopes and newsletters. All purchases of Services using credit cards, debit cards, PayPal accounts, or other payment mechanisms shall only be made by the card or account holder. Our psychics strive to provide helpful guidance, but this information should not be used in place of recommendations by medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professionals. It is your responsibility to evaluate any information, opinion, advice, or content provided through the Sites or Services.
By visiting or using the Sites or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Psychica reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Sites or Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use and cancel your Account by contacting Customer Service.
The personal information you submit to Psychica is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of these Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency, the Privacy Policy shall govern.
Not for Use in Certain Jurisdictions The Services may not be used by residents of any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
Age Requirement You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services.
Account To access Readings, you must create a Psychica Account. You certify that all information you provide is true and complete. Psychica is not responsible for false statements. Maintain accurate Account information. One account per person.
Payment and Charges You agree to pay for all Services purchased using your Account. All purchases of Psychica Credits and Readings are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances expressly described in Our Reading Promise below. Because the Services consist of live psychic and astrological entertainment, charges apply for the time and service provided, regardless of the specific advice given or your personal satisfaction with the outcome. Charges for Readings (other than direct messages) are calculated in full-minute increments, rounded up at the end of each Reading. Direct message Readings are charged per message.
Confidentiality of Account Information You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account information and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. Contact: privacy@psychica.com.
Psychica Credits To access paid Services, you must purchase or receive Psychica Credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable (except as provided in Our Reading Promise), and can only be used for Services. Credits never expire, though service or inactivity fees may apply with notice. Package purchases and Credit balances are not refundable except as expressly stated.
Recording and Retention of Readings You agree not to record, copy, scan, or transcribe any Reading without our prior written consent. We may record Readings for quality assurance and may delete or restrict access to recordings at our discretion. To request deletion of your personal information or recordings, see our Privacy Policy.
Refusal of Services We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services to any person for any reason, including inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior. Such users may be permanently denied access.
Our Reading Promise We want every customer to have a positive experience with Psychica. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer the following limited customer accommodation:

Discounts and Offers All coupons, discounts, and special offers are non-transferable, valid for a limited time, and may not be combined unless otherwise stated. Introductory offers are for new customers only. Attempts to circumvent limits may result in refusal of service.
Application of Non-Promotional and Promotional Psychica Credits Non-promotional Credits are applied to purchases before promotional Credits.
SMS Program The Psychica SMS Program (“Program”) provides subscribers with promotion offers, updates, and marketing messages. When you provide your mobile telephone number and opt-in to the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional marketing text messages from Psychica, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt-out at any time. Message frequency will vary. Reply STOP to cancel, Reply HELP for help or email support@psychica.com. Message & Data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Sites and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. All Readings and content are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other licensed advice. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on Readings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodialy LLC, Psychica, and their affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Sites or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zodialy LLC, Psychica, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Sites or Services.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content, including reader opinions. Any opinions expressed by readers are theirs alone.
You may not use the Sites or Services for any unlawful purpose, transmit harmful material, harass others, or contact readers outside the platform. Violations may result in immediate termination of your Account and forfeiture of Credits without refund.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
All content on the Sites is owned by or licensed to Psychica and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By submitting reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it. Submissions must not be unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Sites or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the arbitration agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action. Venue for any arbitration or court proceedings shall be in Osceola County, Florida or the Middle District of Florida. Please refer to the full arbitration provisions (modeled on industry standards) for details regarding pre-arbitration informal resolution and class action waiver.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account for violation of these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Psychica regarding the Sites and Services.
